Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote (US)

Postion: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM

 

MAIN OBJECTIVE
Overseeing the process of develop and execute Commissioning Plan, inclusive of all software and controls elements.
and execute projects for software and hardware components for delivery to clients. Managing scope, cost, schedule,
vendors, and contractual deliverables related to signed projects.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  •  Develops detailed project plans
  •  Monitors project milestones and generates periodic status reports.
  • Evaluates and manages risk.

  •  Review schedule (planned vs. actual)

    • Electrical HV and LV

    •  Mechanical

    • Permit

    • Controls Installation

    • Software installation

    • Commissioning

    •  ATP

    • Go-Live

    • Postmortem

  • Review controls
  • Camera installation resources
  •  Review client-supplied network/power drops
  • Review required Servers and SCPs
  • Assist PM in coordination with the client for software requirements
  • Commissioning/Go-Live Resources
  • Go-Live Support/Open Issues tracking

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Possesses strong knowledge of technology.
Years of relevant experience: more than 5 years
Willingness to travel for up to 50%

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Experience working with Microsoft Project (a plus)
Familiarity with AutoCAD
Familiarity with SQL

Comfortable with heights i.e., ladders, high mezzanines, scissor lifts.
